Description
Cyntha will present as a guest speaker of the Association for Transpersonal Psychology Forum.
Dr. Steven Schmitz is hosting the Forums as a community service. This series of presentations was started in March of 2020 and has continued to be offered to the global community. Each event features a guest speaker who is a Transpersonal Psychology Professional. The Forums are provided online, at no cost, the second Saturday of every month.
Cyntha created Creative Response Therapy 31 years ago, after being influenced by many key teachers in the field of Transpersonal Psychology. She found that Stanislav Grof's Cartography of the Psyche was a rich articulation of pre-verbal, perinatal and transpersonal knowing. Apart from being trained in Grof's cartography and Holotropic Breathwork, she also saw it manifest in shamanistic psychology and Spontaneous Expressive Art, particularly when a seeker is held in a sacred space, and where non-ordinary states of consciousness are facilitated.

About Cyntha
For the last 35 years, I’ve guided individuals, couples, families, colleagues and teams in their quest to support their relationships in being more conscious, mature and transparent.
I’m fundamentally a teacher, influenced by a mind-body-spiritual approach. From the clients I coach, to the courses I teach, my intention is to inspire both compassion and rigor so to be more whole and true in our relationships and life purpose. I bring in Emotional Bodywork, Creative Responsive Therapy™ and other somatic practices as needed.
